Description

Responsibilities

+ Process prescriptions

+ Triage calls

+ Assist with any issues or concerns with patients and the pharmacy, etc.

+ Overall support the process of getting prescriptions to patients.

+ Assist with projects to support digital pharmacy initiatives that seek to progress our services and optimize our operations.

+ Engage with internal and external vendors that service our software and programs to provide feedback or work together through updates.

Qualifications

+ Must be actively PTCB Certified

+ At least 3 years experience in a Pharmacy, Medical, or Customer Service setting

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Columbus, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.
