Description
You will work functionally across the business to ensure product safety and the quality of all products. This position will ensure regulatory compliance with regulatory bodies, customers and all client locations. Focus will be on assisting in product safety, product quality and cost reduction projects. The Regulatory Supervisor is responsible for performing all work within established Quality Assurance and corporate safety guidelines.
-Maintain Supplier and Ingredient Approval Program and supplier documentation through industry-standard platforms.
-Manage Customer Documentation Program and ERP formulation setup/changes.
-Oversee Change Control for formulas, labels, and specifications.
-Maintain regulatory programs and documentation; assist with registration documentation.
-Drive process improvement initiatives.
-Support food safety and quality needs, including traceability exercises.
-Manage and maintain regulatory reporting.
-Provide technical support to R&D, Sales, and Business Unit Managers.
-Ensure compliance with third-party audits
-Supervise FSQA Document Specialists.
-Promote a strong food safety culture focused on food defense, quality, and cGMPs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in sciences discipline preferred. Will consider a HS Diploma with sufficient work experience.
2+ years of Food Quality Assurance and/or Food Regulatory experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chanhassen, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
