    Entry-Level Cabinet Assembly & Production Associate

     

    About the Role

     

    Are you looking for a hands-on role in a growing manufacturing environment? We’re hiring **Cabinet Assembly & Production Associates** to join our team! This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with tools, building products, and being part of a collaborative shop environment.

     

    You’ll assist with cabinet assembly, load and unload parts into machines, handle materials, and support various shop tasks to keep production running smoothly. No two days are the same—if you like variety and teamwork, this is the job for you!

    What You’ll Do

    + Assemble cabinets and related components using hand and power tools.

    + Load and unload parts into machines for processing.

    + Perform material handling and organize parts for production.

    + Assist with general shop duties, including cleaning and maintaining a safe work area.

    + Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

    What We’re Looking For

    + **Experience Level:** Entry-level; we provide training!

    + Comfortable using **hand tools, power tools, and tape measures** .

    + Ability to lift and move materials as needed.

    + Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

    + Background in **general labor, construction, carpentry, landscaping, or production** is a plus.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Princeton, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
