Quality Inspector – Everett, WA

**Pay:** $22 – $27/hr (Based on Experience)

**Shift:** Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

**Flexibility:** Must be open to OT and weekends if required

Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled Quality Inspector to perform First Article, In-Process, and Final inspections in compliance with ISO 9001/2008, AS9100C, and customer specifications. This role ensures aerospace components meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct inspections per work orders, drawings, and BAC specifications.

+ Recommend corrective actions and assist in quality policy development.

+ Process documentation for product disposition (Squawk, RPA, Defective Part Tags).

+ Ensure compliance with ISO and AS9100C procedures.

+ Record deviations affecting product acceptance.

+ Operate and train on precision inspection tools.

+ Notify QA leadership on equipment calibration and recalls.

+ Maintain accurate documentation and clean work areas.

+ Identify root causes and corrective actions for quality issues.

+ Follow safety regulations and company policies.

+ Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

+ Proficient with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and blueprint reading.

+ Experience in quality inspection and assurance.

+ Strong math and communication skills.

+ Ability to adapt and work collaboratively.

Preferred:

+ Aerospace assembly experience.

+ Familiarity with safety rules and technical manuals.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of EVERETT, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
