What You’ll Do

+ ✅ Oversee outbound shipping operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs

+ 🔍 Identify and resolve shipping discrepancies; manage claims from start to finish

+ 📦 Conduct monthly inventory counts of finished goods

+ 🚚 Ensure shipments meet delivery schedules and customer expectations

+ 🛡️ Enforce health and safety regulations across the warehouse

+ 📊 Analyze shipping data to uncover trends and drive improvements

+ 📝 Prepare performance reports and share insights with leadership

+ 📞 Respond to customer inquiries with shipment tracking and updates

What You Bring

+ Proven experience in **warehouse management** and **logistics operations**

+ **Skilled in forklift operation** , **machine setup** , and **troubleshooting**

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Richmond, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $61000.00/yr.
