Job Title: Logistics Associate
Job Description
Logistics Associates are responsible for safely carrying out the daily operations of shipping, receiving, and warehousing. A high level of attention to detail is required to quickly and correctly pick jobs for deliveries. Associates are also expected to maintain open communication with leads and supervisors to solve any issues that arise, ensuring that leads and supervisors know when and where to provide support. The position operates on a shift from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm.
Responsibilities
+ Carry out daily operations of shipping, receiving, and warehousing.
+ Ensure accurate and timely picking of jobs for deliveries.
+ Maintain open communication with leads and supervisors.
+ Address and resolve issues that arise during operations.

+ Forklift operation
+ Scanner usage
+ Inventory management
+ Order picking
+ Logistics
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during the shift.
+ Basic computer skills.
+ General knowledge of warehouse, shipping, and transportation procedures and practices preferred.
+ Comfort and experience operating computers and a variety of computer software preferred.
+ Valid Driver’s License
Work Environment
The work environment is a small, climate-controlled job shop with a team of approximately 15 people

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilson, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
