    Job Title: Site Maintenance Manager

    Job Description

    As a Site Maintenance Manager, you will provide leadership, mentorship, and management for site-based Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers across the North American Fulfillment Network. You will develop and implement business and reliability plans to enhance facility uptime, drive maintenance best practices, and improve customer experiences. You will also oversee budget development, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with safe work practices and training.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and mentor site-based Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers.

    + Develop and implement maintenance department business plans.

    + Innovate and document maintenance best practices.

    + Provide guidance on equipment end-of-life issues using ROI and analytical techniques.

    + Oversee budget development and capital planning.

    + Manage vendor support and equipment relationships.

    + Monitor, audit, and enforce maintenance execution and safe work practices.

    + Develop and manage budget and contract documents.

    + Recruit and hire talent for Maintenance Manager roles.

    + Create a world-class maintenance organization.

    Essential Skills

    + 7+ years of maintenance leadership experience overseeing 75+ people.

    + Experience in maintenance of automated equipment, conveyance, MHE, and robotics.

    + Strong leadership and communication skills.

    + Bachelor's degree required.

    + 10+ years managing large complex facilities organizations.

    + 7+ years of management and leadership experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Strong communication, teambuilding, and influencing skills.

    + Proficient in data analysis and process development.

    + Experience in material handling equipment maintenance.

    + Strong knowledge of Lean Concepts, TOC, layout design, and statistical analysis.

    + Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, and SQL.

    + MBA or Master's degree and/or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is a plus.

    Work in a highly complex automated distribution center leading a team of 80+ technicians providing daily support to 24/7 operations.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Tracy, CA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
