Job Description

Join our team as a Production Operator, where you will play a crucial role in the assembly process of automotive components. Your expertise with hand tools and power tools will be vital as you work independently at your own bench to ensure high-quality production.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble tubes and place them into jigs.

+ Attach clamps securely to assembled products.

+ Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.

+ Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently.

+ Operate machines as necessary within the production process.

Essential Skills

+ Previous experience in automotive manufacturing, particularly in assembly or production.

+ Proficiency as an Assembly Line Worker, Production Worker, or Machine Operator.

+ Comfortable with manual assembly tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in a similar role within an automotive manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, climate-controlled environment that maintains a high noise level typical of an automotive manufacturing setting. Safety equipment, including safety glasses and ear plugs, is provided. While closed-toed shoes are required, steel-toed shoes are not necessary. The dress code allows for comfortable attire, including shorts or pants. Positions are available for both 1st and 3rd shift assemblers.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Smyrna, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.80 - $20.80/hr.
