Job Title: Manufacturing Assembler (1st Shift) ($19/hr.)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to join our team in Fairfield, OH. This position offers an opportunity for growth within a cleanroom environment, where precision and quality are very important.

_1st shift : 6:00am-4:00pm, Monday through Thursday_

_Overtime paying $28.50/hr._

_Weekly Pay*_

Responsibilities

+ Set up lines using hand and power tools to assemble window frames.

+ Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with cleanroom standards.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to read a tape measure accurately.

+ Proven assembly experience.

+ Willingness to work overtime, with availability to work 50+ hours a week.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with medical assembly is advantageous.

+ Proficiency with hand tools and measuring tools.

Work Environment

This position operates on a 1st shift schedule, running from 6am-4pm, Monday through Thursday. The work environment is a cleanroom setting where adherence to cleanliness and precision is essential. Employees should be comfortable with the use of hand and power tools and expect a dress code that maintains the cleanroom standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Chester, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
