Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator to efficiently manage inventory and parts. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by overseeing inventory control and maintenance-related purchasing.

Responsibilities

+ Write and place maintenance-related purchase orders with suppliers.

+ Enter inventory counts and supply orders into the CMMS system.

+ Monitor designated inventory supply levels and order restocks as needed.

+ Maintain bill of materials (BOM) information for every asset within the area of responsibility.

+ Scope repair work and record decisions on the Work Planning Checklist.

+ Requisition materials for planned work.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in inventory management and purchasing.

+ Experience with inventory control and parts management.

+ Familiarity with SAP and data entry.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and industrial maintenance knowledge.

+ Excellent customer service skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with vendor order and vendor management.

+ Strong data entry skills.

+ Mechanical aptitude and experience in maintenance-related tasks.

Work Environment

This position is based in St Louis Park, MN, where you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role involves working with industrial equipment, requiring attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Hopkins, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
