General Laborers Needed in Ramsey, MN to Join Our Paint Department
$21-25/hr

Job Description
As a Painter, you will be responsible for performing hanging, unloading, pre-staging, masking, and painting operations according to established standards. The process is easily repeatable and requires minimal troubleshooting and adjustment to complete assigned tasks. You will follow pre-established guidelines, procedures, plans, and priorities as set by the supervisor and understand continuous improvement opportunities in paint processes. Additionally, you will maintain paint equipment in good operating order and receive training in the paint booth to learn powder coat painting.

+ Follow pre-established guidelines, procedures, plans, and priorities.
+ Understand and implement continuous improvement opportunities in paint processes.
+ Maintain paint equipment in good operating order.
+ Train in the paint booth for powder coat painting.

Work Environment
The work takes place in a manufacturing facility that is not air-conditioned, which can get hot during the summer. However, the environment is spacious with nice lighting from skylights and high ceilings, creating a very team-oriented atmosphere. Additionally, paint suits are air-conditioned, making it the most comfortable position in the shop during hot summer days.

This is a Permanent position based out of Anoka, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
