    Job Description

    + We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to install plumbing fixtures in new construction buildings, including residential single-family and multi-family homes, as well as commercial structures.

    + This role focuses on all new construction work without any service work responsibilities.

    Responsibilities

    + Install plumbing fixtures for new construction projects.

    + Work with blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.

    + Fit and install piping systems using various materials such as PVC.

    + Collaborate with other construction professionals, including dirt work, concrete, framing, and finish contractors.

    + Ensure all installations meet industry standards and regulations.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in plumbing and construction techniques.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Experience with installation and pipe fitting.

    + Familiarity with mechanical systems and new construction processes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Journeyman Plumber certification.

    + Experience with water and waste pipe systems.

    + Competence in using hand and power tools.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
