    Manufacturer in Lancaster, PA is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician on 1st shift, Monday - Friday. Experience with mechanical troubleshooting on industrial machinery is required. Pay ranges from $25 - $32 depending on experience.

     

    Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining various machines, changing out tooling as needed, and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment. This role involves working primarily with pneumatically powered machines, as well as newer machinery with electrical components. The position offers a stable 40-hour work week from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

    Responsibilities:

    + Set up and change over machines daily, adapting to different production orders.

    + Troubleshoot and repair machines when breakdowns occur.

    + Perform daily maintenance checks on machinery.

    + Adjust and align machine parts as necessary.

    + Replace defective parts of machinery.

    + Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, hydraulic and pneumatic tools.

    + Ensure compliance with OSHA Lockout-Tagout requirements.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
