    Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical components and systems, **including motors, control panels, and PLCs.**

    + Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams to ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.

    + Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment such as conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems.

    + Diagnose mechanical failures and implement effective solutions.

    + Assist in equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.

    + Collaborate with engineering and production teams to minimize downtime and improve system reliability.

    + Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

    + Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment performance and safety.

    Essential Skills

    + **5+ years** of industrial maintenance experience, **preferably in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.**

    + Proficient in repairing **pumps, motors, gearboxes, and electrical troubleshooting.**

    + Expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, chillers, and boiler maintenance.

    + Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and PLC troubleshooting.

    + Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + TIG welding is a significant plus.

    + Willingness to travel, particularly to Chicago, to learn about new automation equipment.

    + Experience with HVAC systems and industrial maintenance.

    + Leadership abilities in understanding and teaching new equipment operations.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Plainfield, IN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $83200.00/yr.

     

    Clean working environment with new automation being installed, Beard, hair nets, eye protection, and steel toes required.

     

    Must provide your own tools, they are updating there benefits to add in tool and boot vouchers
