1st or 3rd Shift - MIG Welder - Pay up to $30/hr

Shift Details:

1st Shift - 7:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Friday)

2nd Shift - 10:00pm - 7:00am ($3 shift differential)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team, where you will perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on metal components according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical drawings and welding symbols.

Responsibilities

+ Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols.

+ Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding as required.

+ Fabricate, assemble, and weld metal components according to specifications.

+ Set up and operate welding equipment and fabrication machinery.

+ Inspect completed welds and structures to ensure quality and compliance.

+ Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.

+ Follow all company safety guidelines and OSHA regulations.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Essential Skills

+ 1+ years of hands-on welding experience in a fabrication environment.

+ Proficiency in MIG welding, with Stick welding as a plus.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols.

+ Strong knowledge of metal types, thicknesses, and behavior under heat.

+ Familiarity with grinders, torches, plasma cutters, and other tools.

+ Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Streetsboro, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.
