Job Title: Warehouse Worker - Factory

Job Description

Join a large manufacturing team in Anderson, IN as a Warehouse Worker on the night shift. You will gain experience working across the entire distribution center, including tasks like picking, loading, and receiving. This position is an open-ended contract with potential for permanent employment for standout employees.

Responsibilities

+ Palletize orders for the distribution center

+ Operate electric pallet jack to pick orders on a pick line

+ Use RF scanner to track inventory and pick lists

+ Physically pick items within the warehouse

+ Wrap top of pallets to send to the wrapping machine

Essential Skills

+ Willingness to operate electric pallet jack

+ Willingness to learn and operate sit-down forklift

+ Ability to work in cold temperatures

+ Self-motivated and able to stay on task

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with RF scanners

+ Experience picking in a warehouse environment

+ Experience with electric pallet jacks

Work Environment

The warehouse maintains a temperature of 45 degrees and provides all necessary cold-weather equipment. The dress code includes jeans and steel or composite-toed shoes. Employees are also provided with bibs and gloves for cold weather.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anderson, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
