    • What You’ll Do

    + 🛠 Perform complex electro-mechanical assembly from schematics and drawings.

    + ⚡ Assemble and test avionics components: PCB assemblies, cable harnesses, integrated modules.

    + 🧩 Apply adhesives and bonding techniques with precision.

    + 💬 Collaborate with Manufacturing & Quality teams; troubleshoot and resolve build issues.

    + ✅ Follow detailed process instructions and strict safety standards.

    + 📈 Record and update production data accurately.

    • What You Bring

    + 🔍 Hands-on experience with **mechanical PCBA assembly** .

    + 🔥 Strong soldering skills and cable/harness routing expertise.

    + 🛠 Proficiency with hand/power tools (screwdrivers, torque drivers, calipers).

    + 💻 Basic computer skills (MacOS or Microsoft).

    + 🧠 Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.

    • Bonus Skills

    + 🏗 Experience with **electronic potting** and composite bonding (carbon fiber, epoxies).

    + 💧 Waterproofing and environmental protection techniques.

    + 🔩 Enclosure integration and torque-controlled fastening.

    This is a Contract position based out of South San Francisco, CA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
