    Job Title: Shipping Clerk

    Job Description

    The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting and maintaining all aspects of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, storage, and cycle counting. This role supports manufacturing operations to ensure tasks are executed on time and in compliance with GMP, EHS, and company quality systems. The position involves collaborating with supply chain teams and warehouse operations.

    Responsibilities

    + Receive, check, and verify in-bound materials in the facility.

    + Store materials in appropriate storage areas and assist with warehouse cleaning and organization to ensure safety and quality requirements are met.

    + Fill internal requests for material and deliver them to various destinations throughout the facility.

    + Properly package items for safe transport and arrange shipment of out-bound materials.

    + Perform data entry related to receiving, inventory control, movement, and shipping of materials.

    + Process and file relevant paperwork.

    + Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy, reporting discrepancies as needed.

    + Understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures related to daily duties.

    + Adhere to all GMP site safety and quality policies.

    + Maintain cleanliness of supply chain areas.

    + Demonstrate good documentation practices with strong attention to detail.

    + Complete all other assigned duties.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with inventory and cycle counting.

    + Proficient in packing and packaging.

    + Strong skills in inventory control and data entry.

    + Ability to adhere to GMP site safety and quality policies.

    + Good documentation practices with attention to detail.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a cleanroom environment is a plus.

    + Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures.

    + Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in warehouse settings.

    Work Environment

     

    The position offers multiple shifts: 1st shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm), 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm), and 3rd shift (11:00 pm - 7:30 am). The work environment is a clean, climate-controlled facility with a focus on safety and quality.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
