What you’ll do

+ Collaborate with hiring departments on best practices for effective postings and for targeting specific talent needs.

+ Create and manage postings for all vacancies for Lambert's Cable Splicing offices nationwide .

+ Participate in proactive recruitment efforts to support vacancies and hard to fill positions.

+ Provide navigation assistance for the online Applicant Tracking module and recruitment & selection guidance to search committees and applicants.

+ Screen/analyze application materials to determine the qualified applicants who have specific knowledge, skills, and abilities required for each posting.

+ Advise departments on alternative recruitment resources to assist with difficult recruitment situations

+ Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

+ 5+ years of experience in recruiting

+ Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail

+ Strong customer service skills

+ Must be proficent in Microsoft/Google and Smartsheets

+ SHRM-CP or PHR preferred

+ Graduation from a four year college or university; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be from appropriately accredited institutions

+ Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
