Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Electrical Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring machinery reliability, and performing complex mechanical and electrical repairs to keep production equipment running efficiently in the automotive or stamping industry.
Responsibilities
+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on stamping presses, conveyors, robotics, and manufacturing machinery.
+ Conduct routine preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on all systems and equipment.
+ Perform electrical inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks as assigned.
+ Operate in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety standards.
+ Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair stamping presses and related equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production.
+ Diagnose and resolve issues with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, actuators, and communication networks.
+ Assist with die changes, press adjustments, and tooling alignment.
+ Support press operators during setup, ensuring proper alignment and calibration.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with robotic troubleshooting and editing (Fanuc, ABB, KUKA or similar).
+ Ability to troubleshoot sensors, actuators, and PLC integration.
+ Experience in manufacturing maintenance.
+ Knowledge of hydraulic systems and press maintenance.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in industrial or electrical maintenance.
+ PLC knowledge and troubleshooting preferred.
+ Capable of working closely in teams with operators, technicians, and engineers.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Stanton, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $44.00/hr.
