Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

1st & 2nd shift - $30-$35/HR

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This role involves repairing and maintaining buildings, grounds, production equipment, and facility systems. The successful candidate will ensure optimum efficiency and safety in all equipment related to operations.

Responsibilities

+ Make repairs on equipment, machinery, buildings, and grounds in a timely manner.

+ Perform intermediate electrical repairs.

+ Conduct basic, intermediate, and advanced mechanical repairs and adjustments while minimizing equipment and facility downtime.

+ Lead maintenance planning and scheduling.

+ Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment.

+ Process maintenance work orders and maintain required maintenance logs and files.

+ Control and maintain an inventory of parts, supplies, tools, and tooling.

+ Assist production team with troubleshooting, machine set up, and training.

+ Assist in the installation of new equipment and facility improvements.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with machinery repair, plant electrical, and mechanical systems.

+ Strong electronic experience

+ Ability to work inside or outside, at all heights on building and equipment.

+ Skill in pulling an engine from a crane or forklift and troubleshooting electric problems.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Cambridge, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $36.00/hr.
