    Job Title: Entry-Level Cabinet Shop General Laborer

    **Location:** Princeton, Minnesota

    **Shift:** 1st Shift 7-3:30pm (Monday–Friday, some overtime possible)

    **Experience Level:** Entry Level – No prior experience required (we will train!)

    Job Description:

    We are a busy custom cabinet manufacturing shop looking for reliable, hardworking team members to join our production crew. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, learn the cabinet/woodworking trade, and grow with a stable company.

    Day-to-day responsibilities include:

    + Assisting in the assembly of cabinets and cabinet components

    + Material handling (moving wood, sheet goods, finished cabinets, etc.)

    + Keeping the shop clean and organized

    + Helping wherever needed – no task is too small!

     

    This is a very hands-on, physical role in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll be on your feet most of the day and lifting 50+ lbs regularly.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools (or willingness to learn)

    + Comfortable with physical work: lifting, bending, standing for long periods

    + Reliable transportation and strong attendance

    + Positive attitude and willingness to help the team succeed

    + Safety-conscious mindset

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Princeton, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
