Job Title: Entry level Assembler 3rd Shift

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Assembler on the 3rd Shift, where you will work Monday through Friday with mandatory overtime. Embrace a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail and teamwork lead to success.

Responsibilities

+ Work in teams of 3-4 to assemble and inspect sunglasses from start to finish.

+ Screw, glue, and fasten individual pieces of sunglasses together, preparing them for lens installation and quality auditing.

+ Install lenses into frames and glue icons onto frames.

+ Use small tools to insert screws or pins to hold frames together securely.

+ Operate a pad printer to mix paint and address malfunctions.

+ Sand and buff the gate/burr off the center frame for a smooth finish.

+ Send products to the Quality Auditor for final inspection before packaging.

+ Set up workstations at the start of each shift, with the possibility of building different models daily.

+ Rotate job duties on each shift to limit repetitive movements.

+ Stand and walk throughout the shift, with comfortable shoes recommended.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to stand for 8-10+ hours a day.

+ Flexibility to adapt to changing job duties and departments within assembly.

+ Good attendance record, adhering to a 'three strikes' policy.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ No experience required, but helpful.

+ Pass DT & BK first with no waiver.

The company offers a casual dress code and provides eyewear for the entire shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Foothill Ranch, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.97 - $19.97/hr.
