Job Title: Warehouse Worker | $18-19 HR | 7:00am-3:30pm | Start ASAP

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Administrator / Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for managing daily shipping operations, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth front desk activities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working at a desk, handling administrative tasks, and utilizing SAP/ERP systems to process shipments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

+ Process shipments accurately using SAP and ERP systems

+ Manage front desk operations including client communication and visitor support

+ Coordinate with clients via email and phone to provide shipping updates and resolve inquiries

+ Maintain shipping records and documentation for compliance and tracking

+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Must-Have Qualifications

+ Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems

+ Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

+ Excellent email communication and professional correspondence abilities

+ Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

+ Customer service mindset with clear and professional communication

Preferred Skills

+ Prior experience in shipping or logistics administration

+ Familiarity with front desk operations and client-facing roles

Work Environment

This position operates on the 1st Shift from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. The role requires the completion of various activities in the warehouse that may necessitate hours of lifting, standing, and carrying. Candidates must be able to move up to 40 pounds at a time.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Solon, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
