    Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated General Production Worker who will be cross-trained across multiple departments, including Fillers, Retort, Pod Fills, and FLO. This role offers a dynamic work environment with the potential to become a full-time opportunity. Candidates must be open to working night shifts and adapting to changes as needed. This individual will also be operating equipment for automation packaging, labeling, and palletizing.

    Responsibilities

    + Fix issues with products, such as removing incorrect labels, neckbands, and expiration dates, and apply correct labels.

    + Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

    + Actively participate as a team member, fostering teamwork aligned with company mission and values.

    + Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures.

    + Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and work in compliance with corporate and regulatory food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.

    + Other duties may be assigned as needed.

    Day Shift:

    + Monday - Wednesday (6am-6:30pm)

    + Thursday - Saturday (6am-6:30pm)

    Night Shift:

    + Monday-Wednesday (6pm-6:30am)

    + Thursday-Saturday (6pm-6:30am)

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in food and beverage manufacturing is a plus.

    + Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is preferred.

    The work environment requires adherence to full GMP standards, including wearing steel-toed boots, hair nets, beard nets, and uniforms, with no jewelry allowed.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MECHANICSBURG, PA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
