You can work knowing you are helping many people each day. The Senior Manager position exists to successfully execute projects / initiatives in an information technology (IT) department. You will coordinate team or group activities with CVS Health and vendor staff resources. You will provide guidance and direction to project teams and direct reports on planning and execution of projects, technical and functional standards and practice, process and procedures, and career development. You will participate in Epic software governance, quality and safety initiatives, and quality improvement activities for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Coordination
+ Ensure alignment across clinical, technical, and business unit teams working on Governance with our Epic tools
+ Meeting facilitation: Lead effective cross-functional meetings with clear agendas, follow-ups, and accountability
Communication, Relationship Development & Reporting
+ Executive-level reporting: Deliver concise updates to leadership on status, risks, and decisions needed
+ Stakeholder engagement: While relationship-building is a strength, elevate by driving clarity and accountability
+ Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the Enterprise, including comfort in presenting and communicating with these networks
Change Management & Adoption
+ Support adoption of Epic updates: Partner with operational leadership, clinical team and technical teams to manage change management and ensure smooth adoption
+ Feedback loops: Implement mechanisms to gather and act on stakeholder feedback.
Strategic Project Management
+ Define and drive execution pathways: Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans.
+ Set and manage milestones: Establish clear deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across workstreams.
+ Maintain project documents & timelines: Use tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Visio etc.) to track progress and adjust proactively.
Required Qualifications
+ **Experience** : Minimum of five (7) years of related experience is required.
**Education** : Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$130,295.00 - $260,590.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
