    We’re hiring someone with energy, organization, and initiative to help run our office and support customers. This is NOT just a phone job — it’s a mix of customer service, scheduling, ServiceTitan work, admin tasks, and follow-ups.

    You’ll do things like:

    + Answer calls

    + Book jobs

    + Follow up on open estimates

    + Update ServiceTitan

    + Help with office organization

    + Support marketing tasks

    + Keep things running smoothly

    We’re looking for:

    + Strong communicator

    + Organized & detail-driven

    + Tech-comfortable (especially with new software)

    + Positive attitude & problem-solver

    + Experience in home services or office admin is a plus
