(Hybrid) Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, focusing on recruiting skillsets for the Research department. The role involves leading the onboarding process for new employees, including managing paperwork, background checks, occupational health clearance, and facilitating the I-9 process.
Responsibilities
+ Recruit skillsets for the Research department.
+ Lead the onboarding process for newly hired employees, including paperwork, background checks, and occupational health clearance.
+ Facilitate the I-9 process.
+ Assist in the coordination and administration of routine talent acquisition transactions.
+ Support one or more Talent Acquisition Recruiters with daily processes.
+ Perform quality checks on all requisitions prior to posting.
+ Manage new hire processing, including the background check process and new hire orientation.
+ Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Recruiters.
+ Generate reports and provide regular, timely updates to recruiters and hiring managers.
+ Work within the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) to support administrative recruiting functions and track candidate status.
+ Interface with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
+ Create proper documentation for required processes, such as personnel files to be uploaded in OnBase.
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years of experience in recruiting.
+ Experience in healthcare recruiting, with a preference for research skillsets.
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ Experience with Taleo or Workday.
+ Experience with Epic.
+ Proficiency in full cycle recruiting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Skills in sourcing and human resources.
+ Competence in Outlook and compensation.
+ Expertise in candidate screening and resume screening.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Washington, DC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
