    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Operations Specialist! In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing communication, ensuring the smooth operation of appointments, invoicing, and administrative tasks.

    Responsibilities

    + .Coordinate and manage client interactions and service arrangements.

    + Handle financial transactions and related administrative tasks.

    + Maintain and organize documentation.

    + Oversee scheduling for various operational needs.

    + Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

    + Provide cost estimates and manage procurement processes.

    + Support billing and invoicing activities.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 2 years of office or customer service experience

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

     

    Work Environment

     

    This role is based in an office environment, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fox Lake, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
