    As a Technical Project Manager III in Asset & Wealth Management Technology Team, you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders.     The Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) Technology Strategy team partners with senior leaders to define and execute technology priorities, drive strategic initiatives, and support decision-making across the organization. Your problem-solving skills will help deliver projects that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential to developing innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making. By optimizing resources and managing risks, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects that shape the future of the firm.

    Job responsibilities

    + Define and deconstruct problems, and analyze operational and financial data

    + Perform competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public sources

    + Structure and build quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analyses

    + Identify implications and "so whats" of data and analysis within the team

    + Work collaboratively with team members across lines of business and cross-functional teams

    + Support planning and coordination of leadership meetings and strategic events

    + Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and communications

    + Contribute to the development and execution of technology strategy and priorities

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    + 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment

    + Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities

    + Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve

    + Strong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies

    + Excellent and efficient skills using spreadsheets, presentation tools and AI applications

    + Proficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes

    + Strong interpersonal and influencing skills - and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like way

    + Collaborative, team-oriented approach, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and openness to active developmental feedback from peers
