Overview
Windows powers over a billion devices worldwide, and we are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will help us evolve Windows innovation via a new Labs program. You will partner with Windows product teams to incubate new ideas, bring them to a passionate community of users, and turn the feedback you collect into actionable guidance for our long-term product strategy. You will lead the discovery, customer journey, release systems, and data platform for the program. You'll also synthetize inputs from customer feedback and telemetry to help multi-disciplinary teams determine what ships, when, and how.
You will:
• Build and ship new product experiences in Windows.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to inform long-term strategy.
• Communicate vision to executive leadership and public audiences.
• Define success metrics and feedback loops that connect customer voice directly to engineering.
Success in this role requires a customer-first mindset, technical curiosity, and the ability to translate complexity into actionable engineering plans. You should excel at blending product depth with strategic clarity, and thrives on driving cross-company partnerships.

Responsibilities
+ Drive strategy for the new Windows Labs program, delivering innovation to customers who want to try new experiences and give feedback.
+ Translate customer feedback, validation data, and release signals into actionable product and engineering decisions.
+ Champion customer voice within Windows, ensuring real-world data shapes product decisions.
+ Collaborate across multiple product, engineering, data science, public relations, marketing, and legal teams on disclosure and rollout of new, experimental features.
+ Define and track metrics for program health, effectiveness, and customer trust.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years’ experience in product/service/program management or software development
+ OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of product/program management with a track record of shipping data-powered features or platforms at scale.
+ Ability to influence without authority across engineering, data science, and servicing teams; effective written and spoken communication skills.
+ Experience demonstrating analytical skills with ability to use data to drive decisions and measure outcomes.
+ Track record of building and evolving customer feedback programs at scale.
+ Experience communicating with technical communities and executives.

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
