It’s designed to create the world’s most compelling and successful consumer artificial intelligence (AI) products and models. + Support planning and execution of lectures, symposia, private dinners, and journal convenings. Handle venue logistics, guest lists, catering, speaker support, and run-of-show.

+ Collaborate with the commissioning editor and APU leadership on event and other content programming, organization and delivery.

+ Assist in operational support across the APU. Coordinate calendars, track budget usage, manage vendors, and ensure smooth collaboration across a wide variety of different activities.
