    Description

    - This clients Command Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Incident Manager to lead the response to high-impact technology incidents across the enterprise.

     

    - This role requires a strategic generalist with strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills to manage complex incidents and drive resolution across multiple lines of business.

     

    - The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise-level incident management, executive communications, and cross-functional coordination, preferably within a financial services or similarly regulated environment.

    Responsibilites:

    - Lead real-time response efforts for critical technology incidents impacting business operations.

     

    - Facilitate bridge calls and coordinate resolution efforts across application, infrastructure, and support teams.

     

    - Deliver clear, concise, and timely communications to stakeholders, including executive-level reporting.

     

    - Assess incident severity, business impact, and root cause using monitoring tools and system logs.

     

    - Maintain detailed documentation of incident timelines, actions taken, and resolution outcomes.

     

    - Ensure compliance with incident management policies, governance standards, and escalation protocols.

    Qualifications:

    - Proven experience in enterprise-level incident management, command center operations, or technology operations.

     

    - Strong understanding of ITIL and IT service management (ITSM) principles.

     

    - Proficiency with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Microsoft Teams, and enterprise monitoring platforms.

    This is a Contract position based out of Richmond, VA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.08 - $38.08/hr.
