Overview:

An enterprise revenue cycle organization is seeking 3 User Provisioning Specialists to support a surge in account setup requests driven by organizational growth and new customer onboarding. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate user access across systems.

Responsibilities:

+ Process user account creation and access setup requests in accordance with established policies.

+ Manage Active Directory accounts, including permissions, group memberships, and role assignments.

+ Handle user terminations and ensure proper deprovisioning of access.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and security standards are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

+ Prior experience in User Account Creation and Access Management.

+ Strong knowledge of Active Directory, permissions, and security best practices.

+ Ability to troubleshoot access issues across multiple systems.

+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

+ Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.

+ Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
