Preparation of all necessary products for Grill, Market, Sun Deck, and Banquets. Baking of all breads, muffins, breakfast pastries, desserts and other bakery products and cookies.

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour. This is considered an entry level position.

+ Supply all areas with necessary products for daily production

+ Maintain all items at proper par stock levels

+ Set up all desserts for banquets

+ Handle all special requests as specified by Chef and Sous Chef

+ Keep area neat and orderly, containers properly labeled, dated and rotated. Coolers need to be clean and organized.

+ Proper requisitioning of all items for daily production
