Behavior Technician – Oceanside, CA

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Schedule: Flexible hours, part-time or full-time options

About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team in Oceanside! As a BT, you will work directly with children and adolescents with autism or other developmental disabilities, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities:

+ Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings

+ Implement behavior intervention plans and collect accurate data

+ Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living

+ Collaborate with families and clinical team to ensure progress

Requirements:

+ High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

+ Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Oceanside

+ Ability to pass background check

+ Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)

+ Comfortable with toileting and diapering if needed
