    Hybrid Special Education Teacher (ESN – Moderate/Severe or Mild/Moderate)

     

    Start Date: December 1, 2025

     

    End Date: June 10, 2026

     

    Contract Length: Full school year

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Hybrid option: Remote on Mondays)

     

    Hours: 40 hours/week

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher (ESN) to join our team at The Classical Academies in Vista. This role involves working in a moderate/severe classroom setting with approximately 11 elementary students. The ideal candidate will have experience in school environments and a passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.

    Minimum Requirements

    + Valid ESN certification/license

    + Experience in school settings preferred

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Resume, license, and professional summary required for submission

    Additional Details

    + Pay Rate:

    + Local Pay Rate: $60/hr

    + Travel Weekly Pay: $2,700 (adjustable)

    + Classroom Setting: Moderate/Severe

    + Grade Level: Elementary

    + Caseload: Approximately 11 students

    + In-Person/Virtual: In-person Tuesday–Friday; remote option on Mondays
