Amergis is looking for anexperienced Certified Medical Assistant who is interested in working a Full-Time,13 Week Contract (Possible Extension & Opportunity for internaloffer) split between Two Clinics: Lisle and Hinsdale, IL.
Position: Certified Medical Assistant
Pay Rate: $23/hour
Setting: Clinic
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks (Possible extension & opportunity to goon internally)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (No Weekends)
+ Lisle – Monday, Thursday, Friday
+ Hinsdale – Tuesday and Wednesday
Shift:
+ 8:30am - 5pm (Monday’s - Doctor sees patients until 6:00pm)
+ CMA must be able to stay until ALL patients have been seen
Responsibilities:
+ Room patients
+ Conduct phone calls to patients
+ Review/complete patient paperwork
+ Adapt quickly to a busy, fast-paced clinic
Requirements:
+ Possesses a Medical Assistant certification through AAMA, AMT, NCCT, ARMA, or NHA
+ 2+ years of Certified Medical Assistant experience
+ Recent Oncology experience is preferred (Not Mandatory)
+ Recent experience working with EMR – EPIC, Is Mandatory
