CTG is looking for a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our client in Dallas, TX. You’ll act as the bridge between business teams and technical stakeholders, turning requirements into actionable solutions and ensuring smooth project execution in an Agile environment.
**Duration:** 12 months
**Location:** Dallas, Texas
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead requirements sessions and document BRDs, meeting notes, and action items
+ Support Technical Design and Data Lineage documentation
+ Ensure technical solutions align with business needs
+ Track project progress, manage JIRA tickets, and coordinate release schedules
+ Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate requirement workshops
Top Skills:
+ Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills
+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced Agile environment
+ Expertise in Business Requirements, Technical Design, and Data Lineage documentation
+ SQL (Oracle, SQL Server; MongoDB a plus)
+ Data analysis and troubleshooting
Preferred Experience:
+ 4+ years as a Technical Business Analyst
+ 4+ years of Agile project experience
+ 2-4+ years SQL experience
+ 4+ years of data analysis and documentation experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
