    Job Skills / Requirements

     

    Position Name: Unarmed Security Officers

     

    2nd Shift/Friday-Monday (3:00pm-11:00pm)

     

    2nd Shift/Sunday; Tuesday-Thursday (3:00pm-11:00pm)

     

    Minimum of 32 hours per week with potential for 40 hours per week.

    Position Summary:

    Security Engineers is actively seeking a Unarmed Security Officer interested in a career in the private security industry. We are looking for an individual with integrity and a strong work ethic that wants to be part of and work in a team environment.

    Experience Qualifications:

    • Must be a US citizen or present valid right to work paperwork.

    • Have no felony convictions, no convictions for misdemeanors involving moral turpitude (verified by fingerprint based criminal background check).

    Preferred

    • 1+ years verifiable Military, Law Enforcement or Security Experience

    • 2+ years of verifiable customer service experience

    • Have a telephone or other reliable means of communication.

    • Have a high school education or suitable equivalent.

    • Must pass drug screening.

    Education Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent

    • Strong written and oral communication skills

    • Strong computer skills

    • Customer service skills

    • Computer Skills

    Uncommon Physical Requirements:

    • Perform routine lengthy foot patrols across varying terrain.

    • Ability to stand for long periods of time without assistance.

    • Ability to step up and down from trucks to perform inspections.

    • Ability to work in both indoors and outdoors environments.

    Alabama Security Regulatory Board License, preferred Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses Prior Military Preferred State Issued Driver's License (Not Expired) Prior Certified Law Enforcement Officer Preferred
