The Precision Guidance Sensing Solutions (PGSS) Product Line is seeking a uniquely qualified and motivated individual to provide full-time onsite Industrial Engineering support in a growing factory supporting the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) program. In this role, the industrial engineer will be responsible for analyzing and improving the efficiency of our manufacturing processes, systems, and facilities. The Industrial Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, design and implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Capacity Planning: Conduct capacity analysis to identify bottlenecks, optimize production planning, and ensure efficient resource allocation. This includes:
+ Analyzing production data to determine capacity constraints.
+ Developing and implementing capacity planning models.
+ Collaborating with production planning teams to ensure alignment with production schedules.
+ Layout Design: Design and implement efficient facility layouts to minimize material handling, reduce inventory, and improve workflow.
+ Work Measurement: Conduct work measurements to establish standard labor times, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.
+ Lean Manufacturing: Implement lean manufacturing principles and tools to reduce waste, improve flow, and increase efficiency.
+ Ergonomics and Safety: Identify and mitigate ergonomic and safety risks in the workplace, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

+ Must currently possess an Active Secret Clearance
+ Bachelor s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
+ Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial engineering, or a related field
+ Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and capacity planning
+ Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills-EndFragment ->

+ Experience with manufacturing simulation software (ProModel, Process Simlator, etc.)
+ Experience with capital planning and execution
+ Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, PowerBI)

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
