We are seeking an Occupational Therapist at South County Home Health. This role supports patients in the home environment. Staff in this role work with a multidisciplinary team. Our electronic health record system is called Netsmart, formerly Allscripts.

Requirements:

+ Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program, with a valid and active license in the state of Rhode Island.

+ One year minimum acute care experience.

+ The physical ability to lift, position and exercise patients.

+ Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

+ Valid Driver's License

+ Auto liability insurance for bodily injury in the amount of $100,000-$300,00
