    RiverMead is seeking a skilled and motivated Renovations Tech 1 to join our Renovations Team. In this role, you will play a key part in preparing apartments and cottages for new residents, ensuring our community remains attractive, well-maintained, and up to date. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with experience in residential updates, light carpentry, and general repairs.

    What You Will Be Doing

    + Perform demolition and remodeling of existing residential living spaces.

    + Complete light carpentry, wall repair, painting, and basic plumbing tasks.

    + Perform minor plumbing updates, including replacing toilets, faucets, and showerheads.

    + Prepare kitchen and bathroom areas for outside vendors installing cabinetry and appliances.

    + Update and install household appliances.

    + Assist in fireplace updates, including preparing open fireplaces for gas conversion.

    + Use tools, equipment, and supplies safely and responsibly to prevent breakage or injury.

    + Perform additional duties as needed to support RiverMead's mission, vision, and values.

    What We're Looking For

    + Experience in residential renovations, maintenance, or construction.

    + Skills in painting, basic plumbing, appliance installation, and light carpentry.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

    + Reliability, professionalism, and dedication to providing excellent service.
