We are seeking a Physical Therapist at South County Home Health. This role works on a multidisciplinary team with patients in the home environment. Staff use our electronic health record system Netsmart, formerly Allscripts.

Requirements:

+ Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a valid and active Rhode Island license

+ The physical ability to lift, position and exercise patients

+ Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association

+ Valid driver's license

+ Auto liability insurance for bodily injury in the amount of $100,000-$300,000
