IS Systems Manager Details

Essential Job Duties:

+ Design and implement infrastructure solutions

+ Plan and execute system upgrades, expansions, and migrations

+ Monitor and maintain servers, storage systems, and virtualization platforms

+ Perform regular maintenance on Disaster Recovery site

+ Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, ISE, and wireless networks

+ Network device patching and switch port configurations

+ Implement security best practices, including access controls, encryption, and incident response

+ Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.

+ Work closely with other IT functional groups and IT leadership

+ Document infrastructure designs, procedures, and troubleshooting guides

+ Install and support patient video delivery system headend and patient room TVs

+ Manage and support conference room video systems

Qualifications:

+ Veeam VMCE certification

+ Milestone MCIT/MCDE certification

+ 9+ years of experience in Healthcare IT infrastructure, system administration, fiber testing and certification

Technical Skills:

+ Proficiency with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)

+ Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)

+ Strong knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

+ Experience with Verkada cameras, access control and alarms

+ Experience with core fiber connectivity

+ Experience with Pure Storage

+ Experience with building Disaster Recovery sites and COLOs

+ Problem-solving and analytical thinking

+ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
