    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Welder Laborers** for projects located in the **Grandville, MI area** . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$22-28/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Perform MIG welding, outer shield welding, and electrode rod welding

    + Use hand or stationary cutting torches for material prep and cutting tasks

    + Read and understand weld blueprints to complete assignments accurately

    + Regulate weld machine current, voltage, gases, and electrode types to achieve proper metal fusion per job requirements

    Requirements

    + 3+ years of MIG welding experience
