Care is provided along the continuum both outpatient and inpatient. Clinical Social Work Practice Serving on an interprofessional team of physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, certified nurse midwives, and nutritionists. The Women’s Health Service provides obstetrical and gynecological care. *Job Summary:* Provide complex social work services as a member of an interprofessional team; care that is informed by comprehensive biopsychosocial-spiritual assessment, intervention, and treatment. Demonstrates strong advocacy skills; Requires activated and an engaged social worker exerting discretionary effort. Values holistic patient-centered and family-focused care. Will work effectively on a complex interprofessional team. · Hold a master's degree from a social work program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. · One to two years LCSW work experience in a healthcare setting. · Licensed Master Social Worker required. · Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) · Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) preferred. · Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. · Must be able to communicate effectively; effective/written communication;/clear expression, proper language to resonate with intended audience; constructing a logical argument; brevity; and making the intended point succinctly. · Computer literacy.
