Job Description

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Members of our Digital Art/Design team produce artistically creative digital work for multi-channel modern marketing campaigns. AAFP campaigns focus on driving revenue and engagement for AAFP membership, education, events, conferences, products and other services. The primary focus for all creative team members is to translate AAFP member needs into branded designs for digital assets. Digital assets may include website and landing pages, paid and social media, illustrations, infographics, emails, app design support, video editing and more. At the AAFP we count on creative team members to stay current with the latest design technologies and trends by engaging in online learning, attending webinars, critiquing external work, reading design articles and blogs or listening to relevant podcasts.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Build the AAFP brand by implementing the current brand guidelines and championing its shared visual language to unify all AAFP offerings into a cohesive overall brand experience online.
+ Work closely with partners to develop creative outputs that support priorities and business goals while working under tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail and a holistic vision.
+ Build and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with internal colleagues, members and other stakeholders working as part of a high-volume creative team.
+ Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience plus a minimum of two years directly related experience. Strong/Excellent understanding of best-practice creative digital design and video content principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques for modern marketing across all platforms and channels.
A portfolio showcasing previous design work, including strategic digital marketing campaigns, optimized web designs, paid & social media assets and video content/editing work.

+ Excellent Time Management & Organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to deliver high-volume output in fast-paced environments while adapting creative strategies to meet the needs of multi-generational target audiences.
Strong knowledge in Illustrator, Premiere Pro, HTML5, Adobe Creative Cloud; InDesign and Photoshop plus Task Management Systems (like Jira) and Microsoft Office **preferred.**
