    + Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

    + Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.

    Responsibilities & Expectations

     

    + Develop machining process for parts fabrication, including fixtures, cutting tools, gages.

    + Support all continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

    + Prepare detailed work instruction (MOT's), Set-up sheets and process plans.

    + Lead / ensure the lessons learned are shared and implemented.

    + Recommend process improvements to improve quality and customer satisfaction.

    + Must have thorough understanding of GD&T

    + Advanced Engineering Software and ERP Software is preferred.

    + Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee be a US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)

     

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

     

    + Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee be a US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)

    + Previous manufacturing experience related to mechanical components for aerospace preferred

    + 3 - 5 years experience with sheet metal fabrications and welding required

    + Bachelor's degree in engineering field highly preferred

    + Work onsite, in the office, sitting for up to 8 hours at a time.

    + Expert ability to read and interpret aerospace drawings, specifications, and customer requirements, including contracts

    + Sound analytical and problem-solving skills within a production environment

    + The ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, deadline critical production environment

    + Ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.

    + Strong attention to detail, organizational, time management and follow-up skills.

    + Utilization of Microsoft Office applications including Teams and other

    + Possess a high degree of initiative and be self-motivated, ability to work with minimal supervision.

    + Frequent sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing, writing and typing

    + Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds

    + Occasional reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, grasping, twisting, bending and repetitive motion

    + The ability to wear proper personal protective equipment, including earplugs, safety glasses, safety shoes, etc.
