    **Position Schedule:** Full-Time

    Team Overview:

    Are you detail oriented with good organizational skills? Do you enjoy a processing atmosphere combined with a great degree of client service?

     

    If so, you may be an ideal candidate for the open position of Operations Specialist II at Edward Jones.

     

    Operations responsibilities include processing numerous documents in a timely and efficient manner, working with various firm and industry systems and enjoys process improvement and automation of technology. If you enjoy working with branch offices and other departments, this may be an ideal career move for you.

     

    The Cash Receipts and Corrections Department is responsible for the asset movement into the firm via checks and wires, as well as Advisory and Guided Fund corrections.

     

    **It is a requirement of this candidate to be onsite M-F, EDJ HQ North Campus, 201 Progress Parkway building

    What You'll Do:

    + High level of attention to detail while processing routine activities.

    + Adhering to guidelines while verifying that documents are complete and accurate.

    + Maintains performance standards and expectations while increasing contribution to department initiatives.

    + Ability to work through challenging tasks to bring timely and accurate solutions.

    + Effectively use knowledge and resources to ensure processing is compliant with regulations and current policies.

    + Retain knowledge of several systems and processing guidelines.

    + Ability to promote a positive team environment with a focus on client service.

    + Assists the department in identifying trends for the purpose of simplifying procedures and creating efficiencies for branch teams and home office.

    + Gain a high level of expertise on the processes we support through continued training.

    + Work independently and as a team to meet department, division, and firm objectives.

    + Provide fellow associates and branch offices with easy access to information, friendly support, and reliable solutions.

    + Partnership with branches via phone

    What Experience You'll Need:

    + Ability to report in office 5 days a week. 8:30 -5:00 CST.

    + Bachelor's Degree/Diploma preferred

    + Familiarity with Communication Screens (green screens), Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook and Word, Excel, Power BI, data entry, and data analysis preferred

    + Strong customer service and multitasking abilities

    + Excellent written, verbal and phone communication skills

    + Strong decision-making skills
